Details: A bold but understated runway piece from Demna's contemporary FW 2017 collection, the jacket is sleek, oversized, and versatile. Reminiscent of the signature styles of the 1980, the jacket reflects Demna's subversive take on everyday archetypes across menswear and workwear. London menswear designer Martine Rose was known to have consulted and collaborated on this specific collection. Her influence is widely acknowledged, especially in the tailoring, exaggerated proportions, and subcultural references seen throughout the show and styling.
Closure: Five front buttons, two external flap pockets, and two internal chest pockets in open-blazer style.
